We’re going to try something different here. Instead of a boring newsletter that is out of date, we are going to try to add comments to this page about every two day or so.

/19/2008: Bike Week 2008 was great but attendance was down. It seems that people were trying to stretch their money for the complete ten days. We took care of most people’s issues and if we couldn’t we sent them to a shop or two that could. Services are going well. Well have to get back to the shop. Ride safe and watch out for the idiots.

/5/2008: The Metric side of the Service Department is booming. We have been getting Carburetor jobs a lot. It seems the tuning process is a little more for some people to handle. We send them out purring like a kitten. Also, the Learning Center is up and running. Daytonatec is the schools name and Performance is its game. They are teaching everything from the ground up information. Frames, Suspension, Engines, Tuning, Dyno work (When it finally gets installed) and performance information that goes into the after market products that a stock related school WILL NOT TEACH you. If your a novice or an industry technician and want to get the real information that you need to perform in your job or your own bike, then you need to check out www.Daytonatec.com.

/19/2008: The shop is still doing great. Leesburg Bike Festival is coming up next weekend. Have a few custom jobs working. We are turning a chopper into an old school version. Another bike is getting polished wheels, rotors and pulley. Just a note on polishing, get someone you trust and knows what it means to produce a quality product. We tried a cheaper polisher on a test wheel and the quality was not good at all and he did not return the item on time as promised. So, the saying of "cheaper is not always better" is true in this case. We will be staying with out primary polisher - Henry Canup in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

/7/2008: Check out the website. I have been updating several pages with new information. Several new bikes through the shop and we appreciate the business. The Bike of the month is a chopper that we gave a few old school touches. Suicide clutch, spring seat and a few other little accents. If you have found this website by searching and want to get on our email list, just send us a note at hedonistcustoms@aol.com.

/27/2008: Well it has been awhile since we have been able to update. The reason is that we have moved again and for the last time I hope. We moved the complete shop in 20 hours to our new home at 617 Canal Street in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, 32168. Our new phone number is 386-427-0556. The old number will forward to our new NSB number. We are all setup and ready for business. We have separated our business from the learning center that was to be started at the site but never came about to completion. We are happy with the out come and our new home for the shop is really cool. The building was built in 1921 and is in great shape. Stop by and check out the new shop. Will hopefully update soon. Keep riding and be safe.
