HD and Custom Motorcycle Service and Repair at Reasonable Rates! What is in a Service by HCC?

*** Note: There may be other points to make or some points may not apply to your model. We follow all guidelines and steps in the HD Service manuals specifically for your model. Keep in mind a full service is checking, adjusting and lubricating specific systems and parts that do not show up on your service order invoice. That is in the labor hours noted on your invoice.

Battery condition checked (voltage and CCA)

Charging system checked

Engine oil replaced every 5,000 miles

Engine oil filter replaced every 5,000 miles

Primary chain tension checked and corrected if needed

Primary chain oil replaced every 5,000 miles

Clutch adjustment, cable and pushrod

Transmission oil replaced every 5,000 miles

Tire condition and pressure checked

Wheel spokes checked and corrected if needed

Steering fall-away checked and corrected if needed

Steering head bearings lubricated every 10,000 miles

Brake fluid level and type checked, bleeding is extra

Brake pads and rotors checked, pads are not included if worn

Drive belt or chain checked for deflection and corrected if needed

Rear shocks checked

Air cleaner cleaned and re-oiled if applicable, paper or disposable filters not included

Fuel/oil lines inspected

Enrichner/choke control checked and corrected if needed

Throttle/idle/clutch cables inspected, lubricated and adjusted

Spark plugs replaced every 10,000 miles

All electrical components checked, failed bulbs are not included

Engine idle speed checked and corrected if needed

Critical fasteners checked every 10,000 miles

Front fork oil replace every 20,000 miles

Services we offer…

Tow rates: $80 for a tow to the shop. If your service bill is over $200 then towing is 1/2 price and if your service bill is over $400 then towing is free.

We offer a service plan that follows H-D warranty guidelines and keeps your warranty intact. Our prices are reasonable and affordable compared to other shops and dealers. You’ll see a list below of our services and pricing. We do repairs, to OEM replacement and aftermarket parts. We work with the major insurance companies to get your ride back on the road. We detail bikes too.
