Thank you for your interest in our products and motorcycles. We use a variety of companies to give you the best price possible. We want to make sure you are getting the quality and the best price. Our company strives to make internet, phone and personal transactions as easy as possible. We provide a safe way to purchase for our customers and that is why we have posted our Warranties and Policies on our website, to protect you as the customer, and us as the seller.

General
Please read all information below, before purchasing with Hedonist Custom Cycles, LLC. These terms govern all of our sales, and are not to be changed except with our written permission. These terms are to be interpreted to Florida Law. Your placing an order, whether signed or unsigned, will constitute acceptance of our policies and guarantee of payment.
Terms
All prices are listed from HCC, LLC in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. These prices are subject to change at anytime, without notice. All duties, taxes, and transportation cost are extra when applicable. We also reserve the right to make substitutions, and without prior notice to discontinue at anytime, at its discretion, any parts or accessories depicted on our website, or to change policies, prices, specifications or designs without incurring any obligation to the customer. All products are subject to availability.
The website content linked to, and displayed on our HCC, LLC website, is owned, copyrighted, and maintained by HCC, LLC or the respective manufacture and/or distributor. Every effort is taken to have correct and accurate information on our website, we have no control over this content and therefore it is agreed to, we will not be held liable for any information, illustration, wording, digital image that is in error on our part or others. We have the right to correct information, prior to or after, a transaction is made.
Ordering
All of our products made or distributed by us may not be legal in your state. Please check with your state for legality before ordering.
NOTE: ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY HCC, LLC OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, MUST BE ASSEMBLED BY A QUALIFIED AND CERTIFIED MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONCIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY, FOR ANY PARTS ALTERED AND ASSEMBLED BY ANY OTHER PERSON. ALTERING OF PARTS MAY CAUSE FAILURE OR DAMAGE THAT CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DEATH.
When placing an order by phone, please be specific as possible to any references to our website. We are not responsible for description errors.
Payment
Due to the increasing amount of credit card fraud, we at HCC, LLC will require additional information from the purchaser. All personal information is held to strict confidentiality. You may pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also take checks and cash too.
Out of Stock and Back Orders
We make every effort to not be out of stock on purchases. We do occasionally rely on other suppliers for parts and some things are out of our control. So from time to time, we do have to back order parts. We fill our back orders as soon as possible. Though unlikely, an order might be delayed due to a back order. If there is a long delay with a back order we will contact the customer as to how you would like to proceed.
Shipping
Shipping charges vary from order to order. Shipping rates depend on size, weight, location and carrier. We will give you a quote before you order, however we reserve the right to change any charges. All shipping quotes are given based on information provided by the customer. If any information is incorrect, and additional freight charges are applied by the carrier, the customer is responsible for those charges. All quotes include handling and insurance.
Sorry, but we do not ship internationally.
Any shipping times given by HCC, LLC are only approximates. Any delays due to back order or part supply are out of our control. We will make every attempt to send the order on time and will inform the customer if there will be any delay.
Damage or lost in shipment
All damaged or lost parts must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. Original packaging must be kept for investigative reasons by the carrier. We will replace the part, if it has been verified that the item or items have been lost. If the part is damaged due to shipping, the part must be first inspected and an investigation completed by the carrier, before it is returned and replaced. There are some exceptions, so call us if you have a damaged part for quick replacement.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a return policy for 30 days, with a 20% restocking fee charged to the customer. If your are not satisfied with the part for any reason, just simply return if for an exchange or refund. Rules and regulations apply, so please read the following before purchasing with HCC, LLC.

Items must be well packed or they will not be accepted. Refunds and exchanges will only be given upon inspection of the part by HCC, LLC. Any altering or changing of the part may not be accepted. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same part only. Exchanges are made depending on availability of the part. A note must be with the part with the following information.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
All electrical parts, Race parts, Rims after mounting, exhaust after the engine has been run.
Credit Card Refunds
All refunds with a credit card purchase will be credited to the credit card used. Because of policies, some issuing banks impose on refunds credited back to your credit card. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your written statement. Check with your issuing bank.
